The renovation, led by the Accor group, has taken the recycling route: secondhand furniture, salvaged objects that give each corner of the place a slightly makeshift look, never austere.

Beaune’s town center, with the Hospices and their glazed-tile roof, is reached by car or on foot, in a good fifteen minutes or so. Those who want to do everything on foot from their room will probably choose a more central hotel. But this slight distance has its upside: the silence, the space, and that feeling of a real break as soon as you pass through the park gate.

The 52 air-conditioned rooms keep things simple. Flat-screen TV, private bathroom with toiletries, soundproofing that is most noticeable at night, when nothing else comes through from the park. On the practical side, parking is free and self-service, an electric charging station is available, and two meeting rooms make it possible to combine seminars and team building without leaving the park.
